MY HERITAGE: a two-night Bibik’s Supper Club event, presented by GrabFood 5-Star Eats

I grew up in a home filled with the comforting flavours of Hakka cooking. For me, food has always been more than just sustenance — it’s how I stay connected to the strong familial bonds that shaped me.

Come August 20 & 21, I’m proud to present My Heritage, a special two-night edition of Bibik’s Supper Club. This event is held in collaboration with @grabfoodsg 5-Star Eats, a programme that celebrates the best in culinary craftsmanship and quality food experiences.

We’ll gather at Keng Eng Kee Seafood’s Tampines outlet for this event, and I’ve invited three incredible Hakka chefs in Singapore to co-create a menu that honours the rich traditions of Hakka cuisine:

– Paul @paul_liew and Wayne Liew @chefwayneliew from @kengengkee — Paul leads the floor while Wayne works his magic in the kitchen.

– Chef Edward Chong @edwardchongkf, Executive Chef of Peach Blossoms @peachblossomssg, known for his modern Chinese cuisine with Southeast Asian flair.

– And my sister, Patricia Chen of @sekel_kitchen, a brilliant cook whose passion for heritage food runs deep.
