Presenting the sophomore edition of Bibik’s Supper Club: THE FRIED CHICKEN GALA – With Susan Jung & Friends.
For 2 nights only, a trio of acclaimed chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore – Malcolm Lee of Pangium & one Michelin-starred Candlenut; Louis Han of one Michelin-starred Naeum; and Mano Thevar of Tambi and two Michelin-starred Thevar – will join hands with Hong Kong-based fried chicken cookbook author Susan Jung to present a one-of-a-kind omakase dining experience at COMO Cuisine. While fried chicken will most certainly be the star of the show, a sumptuous parade of family-style heritage dishes will share the stage, fully paired with cocktails and wines.
